Interesting Article Called Transform Your Imperfect Brain

While clicking through to the Facebook page of a new author friend named Donald Altman (he wrote "The Mindfulness Code "), I came across this link to a brief article he wrote entitled "Transform Your Imperfect Brain " that is posted on a website called "ImperfectSpirituality.com."

I thought this piece was very interesting, and also feel that the Imperfect Spirituality website has some really valuable content on it. As such, I highly recommend checking these links out, and am also a big advocate of Donald Altman's book.
